New England Conservatory piano chair Bruce Brubaker invites the public to join NEC students in exploring the challenges and complexities that pianists face in the world today, through presentations and masterclasses by guest artists and NEC faculty.

Francesco Tristano leads today's seminar. Tristano is establishing himself as one of classical music's rising stars. On his recordings and in performance he mixes styles freely with unique and unexpected results. Today's seminar promises to be fascinating and exciting.
