This FREE performance of Camille Saint Saens’ enchanting 1886 work “Carnival of the Animals” will feature performers from the Somerville High School Chamber Ensemble, as well as students from the middle grades music program and at least one fourth grader!

Long hailed as one of the most engaging orchestral works for children, “Carnival of the Animals” is the ideal piece to present our students and teachers in their efforts to build upon the many strengths of our district’s music program.
