The virtuosi of NEC's conductorless Chamber Orchestra provide a foundation for the imagination of MacArthur Fellow Jason Moran—the familiar Adagietto from Mahler's Symphony No. 5 will appear in an unfamiliar, new light. Improvising singers offer their own take on the same work, and add fresh ingredients to Mahler's songs.
