Closing the Playhouse season is longtime favorite Ray Greene on his trombone with an incredibly talented group of jazz and old school performers. In the words of one Playhouse audience member, “Who needs to go to Newport for great jazz?”

Great music outdoors in Franklin Park, Roxbury. Bring your lawn chair and a picnic supper. Tell all your friends and neighbors.

Look for signs along the main park road directing you to Playhouse parking; take the #16 bus from the Orange Line / Forest Hills stop or the Red Line / JFK stop; or walk in and enjoy the park along the way.
