Bravo Bernstein!
On January 18, 1958, Leonard Bernstein’s first “Young People’s Concerts” were televised, bringing the New York Philharmonic into the living rooms of millions of American families.
Following in Bernstein’s footsteps, the Redline Brass Quintet re-imagines these “Young People’s Concerts” as a tribute to Bernstein.
With selections from West Side Story and Dance Suite for Brass Quintet, Redline invites the audience to explore the life and music of one of the most influential musicians of the twentieth century.
