Lorraine and her husband Bennett Hammond perform extensively, and record on their Brookline label, “Snowy Egret Music.” A lifetime New Englander, Lorraine was raised in the rural musical traditions of the Connecticut Berkshires.
Her most recent release, “The Opal Ring”, includes traditional New England songs and songs she has written about her Berkshire childhood. See www.greatacoustics.org for more information about the Hammonds and their music.
