Newton Middle School music teacher, Jamie Alberts is directing the Newton Community Sing, modeled after a choral festival in Estonia where 30% of the country's residents show up to sing.
Led by Nick Page, the founder of Mystic Chorale, and along with the talents of the Newton Country Players; Folk Society of Greater Boston; Newton All City Honor Choirs; Newton Public Schools Music Department; Silver Newtones; Zamir Chorale of Boston; Newton Choral Society and JourneySongs - everyone is invited to join in - regardless of age or singing ability!
