Join Family Works and Cradles to Crayons as we strive to keep 16,000 of the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable children safe and warm this winter.

Cradles to Crayons will receives 16,000 requests over the next few months. Each request has a direct line back to a local boy or girl who simply need cloths to keep warm during the colder months.

MUSIC STARTS AT: 11:00am

Brunch is available for a fee. Brunch is really, really good.

The Family Works event will run from 10:00am until the band starts playing at 11:00am.

You can participate at any point.

Will benefit: Cradles to Crayons

Activity will be: With supplied art materials, kids can decorate “Warm Wish Notes” to be included in Winter Outfit Packs

We will collect for donation to Cradles to Crayons: New or recycled winter coats in coats in newborn through size adult medium.

We will also collect: New socks and underwear for 11 and 12 year old boys and girls

Easy to get to on Berkeley Street in Boston. The Arlington or Copley T stops are nearby. On street parking is usually available on the early side. There is a garage you can enter on St. James Ave in the same building as TICO (222 Berkeley St) and there is also parking under Boston Common.

  • Come with time for the kids to settle in and use our art supplies to make 'warm wish notes' that Cradles to Crayons includes with clothing they give away to kids that need some help. A great community vibe springs up out of nowhere! Bring friends. This is really fun.
