Upcoming Children's Concert to benefit St. John’s Nursery School
Come out for a jumpin’ good time!
On Saturday March 15th, Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys will play two shows (9:30am & 11am) to benefit St.
John’s Nursery School at the Sheehan School, 549 Pond St. in Westwood, MA.
Vanessa Trien is a Boston-based children’s performer with a national following. She has performed at concerts across the country, including a major performance at Earthfest in Boston last year.
With two award-winning CD’s, ‘Carnival Day’ and ‘Hot Air Balloon’, under her belt, Vanessa Trien is a star on the rise.
According to a reviewer on BostonChildrensMusic.com, “Vanessa’s shows are perfect.
It’s hard to explain and I can’t quite put my finger on what it is they do differently, but whatever it is, it really gets the kids (and parents) excited!”.

Tickets can also be purchased at the door, but they may sell out, so prior purchase is recommended.
All proceeds from this event help support enrichment and educational opportunities for the students of St. John’s Nursery School.
St. John’s Nursery School is a NAEYC (www.naeyc.org) accredited pre-school established to meet the needs of the three-year old nursery school child.
St. John’s has served young children for over thirty-five years in Westwood MA.
A curriculum has been set up to provide a diverse, creative learning experience catering to the child’s developmental level.
The program follows a structured plan while leaving room for flexibility that allows the children to be creative and explore many materials within an enriching, literacy-based environment.
Children grow into relationships with peers while subtly directed by an attentive and dedicated staff.
