Elizabeth Chladil, piano is an enthusiastic teaching artist, Elizabeth Chladil invites audiences to form personal connections with live music through interactive workshops.
She especially enjoys collaborating with schools to present workshops relating students’ academic studies to chamber and solo music.
Her ensemble’s workshop “Connecting the Dots: Musical Voices of the Stars” featuring a performance of Pauline Viardot’s art song “Die Sterne” leads students studying the solar system to express their experiences in nature through performing a class chamber composition.
A dedicated teacher of private and group lessons, Elizabeth encourages musical artistry through balancing energy and spontaneity with patient attention to detail.
She currently serves on the faculty of Boston area schools including Brookline Music School, Powers Music School, and St.
Paul’s Choir School.
She previously held assistantships in Longy’s Community Programs and Interlochen Arts Camp where she coached chamber groups and piano duets.
