Looking to have a wacky Wednesday?
Join us Wednesday July 2nd at Noepe Center for the Literary Arts to welcome special guests ‘Somerville Symphony Okestar,’ an all-original Eastern European Punk Funk band.
The band formed in 2009 when saxophonist, Joel Edinburg, woke up one random Tuesday night with the desire to compose a song.
Luckily for us, his late night writing was pretty great and evolved into the Somerville Sympony Orkestar composed of him and five other ‘gypsy badgers.’
This is a 21+ event with limited availability.
Tickets $60 in advance and $75 at the door, purchased at http://noepecenter.brownpapertickets.com.
Ticket includes open bar, refreshments and light fare sponsored by Scottish Bakehouse, Stop & Shop and Offshore Ale Company.
