Cruzamente is a Boston-based, all-female band, playing original and contemporary Cape Verdean music, infusing styles of jazz and Latin music into catchy, dance-able, and heartfelt grooves.
Cruzamente's band members are from all over the world: Cape Verde, Israel, France, Japan, Korea, and the U.S.
They bring a rich and original approach to both the traditional and contemporary songs they perform.
