Formed in early 2013, Auguster has built a successful reputation around the Boston area.
Started by singer-songwriter Jimmy Marino, the six-piece band seamlessly blends rock, pop-punk, and electronic music, producing songs reminiscent of Say Anything, Foo Fighters, Coldplay, and Yellowcard.
Using memorable lyrics, arena-style choruses, and a huge dynamic range, Auguster aims to create emotionally powerful music and stunning live shows.
Despite going through multiple member changes since the beginning of 2014, the band has since solidified its lineup, and its new EP, Fragments, is slated for a fall 2014 release.
Rich People Food began in 2011 and has happily morphed into the band it is today.
Steve Weston (lead guitar) and Lisa Hickox (synthesizer/keyboard/bass) anchor Rich People Food with strong, melodic alt-pop sensibilities, while Brian Bernhard (vocals and rhythm guitar) brings with him a raw and honest lyrical sentiment, and Brendan Reza (drums) provides the band’s diverse and dynamic backbone.
Armed with an ever-expanding catalog of unique sounds, Rich People Food can be seen all around Boston and the coastal Northeast.
The group released a new five-song EP in early 2014.
Kristen Olsson delivers raw, emotional indie pop with a twist of jazz; a debut EP is slated for release this September.
