A&B and Family Works come together once again to assist in creating a fun and educational dialogue between parents and their kids about making a change in the community we live in.
As winter approaches we are asking for any donations of new or gently used adult and kid winter gear: Hats, Gloves, Coats, Blankets, Wool Socks, Sweaters, Hand warmers and anything else you can think of, which we will then give to Lifebridge Shelter for them to distribute to those most in need.
We start the day with a craft time at 10:30a-11a and the kids get to make cards or decorations to go along with their donations to the shelter.
At 11:00a - 12:00p national touring children's band Ben Rudnick and Friends will put on a show that both kids and adults will love playing a mix of originals and reworked favorites from the likes of the Grateful Dead, The Beatles and more.
We will have prizes for the best costumes, kids gift bags and who knows if the moment strikes we might even be able to convince Ben to lead a musical parade along the Old Salem Jail grounds...
Please don't miss this fun event and help those in need of our help before it gets too cold out there.
