Kapilow will guide his audience past the ghosts of Haydn and Mozart that linger here while showing audiences how, with this work, the great Beethoven boldly introduced himself to the world as symphonic composer.

Kapilow’s collaborators for this project will be New England Conservatory’s top orchestra, NEC Philharmonia.
