Join us as we partner with Emerging Boston Area Singer-Songwriters for our second monthly Songwriting Workshop and Open Stage. Facilitated by songwriter Heather Woods, this will be an evening you won’t want to miss.

Our first Songwriting Workshop and Open Stage was such a hit that we’ve decided to host them monthly!

On Sunday, November 22, join us as we partner with Emerging Boston Area Singer-Songwriters for our second monthly Songwriting Workshop and Open Stage.

Facilitated by songwriter extraordinaire and local music hero Heather Woods, this will be an intimate, beautiful evening you won’t want to miss.

Heather Woods is a Boston based singer songwriter and a board certified music therapist.

Heather is drawn to the meditative and healing power of music making, and has facilitated the songwriting process with individuals and groups at all levels of experience in both the medical and educational setting.

6:00 -7:30 : Songwriting Workshop
7:30 – 9:00 : Open Stage

During the open stage, all attendees are invited to perform up to two songs for the audience.

Sign-up sheet will be posted before the event.

Public Transportation:

Gallery 263 is near the Central Square T stop on the Red Line, about a 10 minute walk down Pearl Street from Massachusetts Ave. We’re also just across the B.U. Bridge from Boston. Use the Boston University West stop on the Green Line, and proceed across the bridge towards Magazine St. We’re also on the 47, 64 & 70 bus routes.

Driving/Parking

Most parking near Gallery 263 is restricted to Cambridge residents. However, there are no parking restrictions on Sunday in Cambridge. If you are visiting us Wednesday-Saturday, there are a few non-permit spots on Granite St. near the Morse Street School. There are also available spots close to Memorial Drive and Central Square.
