The Acoustic Newton Coffeehouse series presents a Bluegrass Bonanza, featuring the Newton-based Birch Hill Ramblers.

This trio, named after the street on which the two founders grew up, comprised of twins David and Ed Goldfinger and Ed’s son Paul – a senior at Newton North High School.

They play a repertoire of traditional songs and fiddle tunes.

Joining them for this performance is Matt Witler, a Berklee college of Music graduate and award-winning mandolinist.

Acoustic Newton Coffeehouse was created by hosts Barbara Cassidy and Eric Chasalow to showcase the talents of acoustic musicians that call Newton their home.
