- Preferred position ( e.g. costume character, floater, face painter, etc. ** If you’d like to be a costume c haracter , please note your character preference based on the size requirement provided below )

S hifts: 9am-1 :30pm , 1-5pm , or 9am-5pm
Costume Character ( 5 per shift)
Descri ption: Wear a costume (see below) and interact with guests.
( 9am-5pm shift preferred)
(Clifford) (5’4'-5’9', average build)
(Arthur) (5’4'-5’9', average build)
(Curious George) (5’1'-5’3', average build)
(Word Girl) (5’6'-5’8', average build )
(Chirp) (5’3'-5’7', average build)
C ostume Handler ( 5 per shift)
Description: Assist costume character move about the crowds at Symphony Hall.
Face Painters ( 8 per shift)
Description: Design simple color images on kids ’ faces.
**Sample drawings will be provided as examples.
Floater (1 0 per shift)
Description: Provide guests with directions to activities , bathrooms, etc. , and fill in for other positions as needed.
Floaters must be friendly, outgoing and eager to provide assistance to guests.
Kids Activity Area
Description: Assist kids with coloring projects, computer based games , and other engaging interactive activities as well as distributing stamps as kids complete the stations.
This is going to be a great event but volunteers are key to its success!
