Between 12 Waters is an album written and produced by Alper Tuzcu, released by Palma Records on January 2016.
Tuzcu’s vision for this album was to write and produce 12 songs from almost 12 different cultural influences with various collaborators and compile a collection of his recordings from the past two years.
Inspired by a variety of influences, which all relate to time spent living in the Mediterranean culture.
Each and every one of the 12 songs has its own unique story, musical and lyrically.
In the end, they all come together under the single concept of reflecting the musical vision to mix different styles to erode cultural limits and country borders.
The album has received favorable reviews from press in United States, Spain and Turkey.
