Boston Children’s Opera, “children performing opera for children,” presents “The Emperor’s New Clothes,” adapted and directed by David Budgett, at the First Congregational Church, Belmont.

Boston’s Children’s Opera is registering now for their summer operas. Singers perform in a fully-staged two-hour opera this summer and make the sets too Two, two-week operas are available: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m.; July 16-27, “Rumpelstiltskin” and July 30-Aug. 10, “The Pied Piper of Hamelin.”
