Oasis Cafe Music Night presents “Songs My Mother Taught Me,” an afternoon of classical and jazz music, on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 5 p.m. at the Children's Chapel located at the Education & Community Center (ECC) at The Korean Church of Boston, 32 Harvard Street, Brookline, Mass.
Since 2011 Oasis Cafe Music Night has been providing free music performances for the Greater Boston Community.
Cellists Yumi Bae and Hwakyung Jang, Soprano Yeongeun Kim, and Pianists Clera Ryu and GaYoung Bae will perform Dvorak's 'Songs My Mother Taught Me,' Debussy's Cello Sonata, Waltz from Shostakovich's Five Pieces for Two Cellos, a traditional Korean boatman's song reinterpreted in jazz and other beautiful and interesting pieces.
Please join us with your loved ones on a peaceful spring Sunday afternoon to celebrate the Month of May, a special month for the family.
