‘Double Trouble’ Concert in the Round is the only program each season that is completely created by the players in the orchestra.
Wind, brass and string players will all be featured throughout the evening—from Hindemith’s 'Concerto for Trumpet and Bassoon with Strings,' to Dittersdorf’s 'Sinfonia Concertante for Double Bass and Viola,' to Telemann’s 'Concerto for Two Horns.'
In a unique concert-in-the-round format, the audience and musicians interact throughout, even changing seats to feel the energy exchanged during a piece and get different perspectives.
It’s “like a backstage pass to the symphony,” says Maestro Jonathan McPhee.
Don’t miss this intimate, immersive, and interactive concert experience.
