Children love to sing and dance and make noise. Children’s singer Dale Freeman will bring his fun, energizing music to The Discovery Museums on July 30 at 10:00 AM (rain date August 6). This is a wonderful musical event for both children and adults, and is free with museum admission.

Dale Freeman has been performing professionally for about 25 years. His first CD, “Just Say Hello!,” was released in 2003 and was his debut to children’s music. Since then, Dale has been performing at schools and libraries and is preparing to release a second CD of children’s music. In his music, of which he plays a variety of different styles, Dale encourages children’s natural curiosity about the world.

During his shows, Dale encourages audience participation, imagination and creativity, and children learn new vocabulary and different musical styles. Who knows, adults just may learn something too! This is an outdoor concert, so please bring a blanket to sit on.
