From its home at Hanscom Air Force Base outside of Boston, the Band of Liberty has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in the jazz world, including Billy Pierce, John Pizzarelli, and, most recently, Byron Stripling at Christopher Columbus Park in Boston.
While taking cues from present-day jazz influences, the band is famous throughout the Northeast for their energetic take on the most memorable tunes of the jazz era. Consisting of a full brass section with drums, the band is complemented by guitar, bass, vocals, and piano.
The ParkARTS program is proud to offer this inspiring performance in a scenic setting with the help of Bank of America, Brighton Main Streets, and the Brighton Board of Trade.
