The wizard rockers will be celebrating the official release of their first full-length album in 13 years: Lumos, which was recorded in Gloucester and kick off their tour of public libraries across the USA.
By using the magic of rock and roll, their newest album chronicles the events of the seventh and final Harry Potter books.
Harry and the Potters are the first wizard rock band.
The group consists of two Muggle brothers Paul and Joe DeGeorge (Harry Potter, Year 7 and Year 4 respectively) who grew up in a suburban Boston house that has a cupboard under the stairs.
They perform wearing the recognizable Hogwarts uniforms complete with red and yellow ties, and wire-rim glasses and all its lyrics pay playful homage to the Harry Potter phenomenon.
Since 2002, Harry and the Potters have played over 800 shows in libraries, rock clubs, art spaces, bookstores, basements, and all age venues all over the world.
Their high-energy pro-literacy live shows have become legendary.
The Harry and the Potters concert is free to the public thanks to the generous support provided by The Friends of the SFL.
Kids, teens, adults, squibs, wizards, and witches are all invited to attend this evening of rocking and Rowling.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
