Klezmer is the vibrant and soulful music of the Jews of Eastern Europe and evokes the many emotions of life.
Kids are encouraged to clap, sing, and even dance a kozatske!
The Shirim Ensemble has performed for thousands of Massachusetts school children, and has released award winning CDs with Maurice Sendak (Pincus & the Pig) and NPR's Ellen Kushner (Search for the Golden Dreydl).
Appropriate for ages 4 and up.
