The Pops tweeted the announcement Monday, “The ‘Rolling Recitals’ are back on May 26 & 27! Members of the The Boston Pops will be joining@BostonTours&@BostonDuckToursfor pop-up performances around town,” the Pops tweeted. “Special thanks to our sponsors,@business@ArbellaIns Foundation,@Fidelity and @TakedaPharma for their support.”
Over the two days, there will be eight performances. The group will start Wednesday at Symphony Hall at 10:30 a.m. and will travel to Jamaica Pond at 11:20 a.m., Arnold Arboretum at noon, and Franklin Park Zoo at 12:40 p.m.
Thursday they will start again at Symphony Hall at 10:30 a.m., Auntie Kay & Uncle Frank Chin Park at 11:20 a.m., Dewey Square at noon, and New England Aquarium at 12:40 p.m., the Pops tweeted.
This week’s pop-up concerts are free to passersby.
