Singer-songwriter Dave Finney released a 5 song EP of his original songs in March of 2018.
Recorded at Woolly Mammoth Sound in Waltham, MA, the EP features some of Boston’s top session players, including Russell Chudnofsky, Dave Westner and Josh Kantor.
When it was time for Dave to put together a band to play shows, he hooked up with 3 members of the long-running Boston rock band Powderhouse - Ray Boyce (bass), Fred Pickard (guitar) and Steve McDonough (drums) - and The Procrastinators were born.
Looking to expand their sound, the Procrastinators recruited multi-instrumentalist Casey Jauniskis to join the band in the fall of 2021, while new drummer Guy Seeley came on-board in early 2022.
The band’s live performances not only showcase Dave’s original songs but also fun, under-the-radar songs that will put a smile on your face.
The band released their debut EP in May of 2021 (available on all digital platforms) and are planning on releasing new music and playing more shows during 2022.
