During the summer, enjoy free concerts in the Cape Ann Museum Courtyard on Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm.
Offered as part of the city-wide Culture Splash, the Courtyard Concerts feature local and regional musicians whose music ranges from Latin tunes to pop reinventions, acoustic folk to rock music, and chamber music to bluegrass.
The Museum will be open with free admission during the concerts.
The concerts will be cancelled if there is rain.
The Cape Ann Museum is excited to close out our Summer 2022 Courtyard Concert Season with Willie Alexander’s Persistence of Memory Orchestra.
Gloucester’s own singer and keyboardist has toured internationally, nationally, and locally in a legendary list of rock and punk bands that defy genres: the Lost, the Velvet Underground, the Boom Boom Band, and now the Persistence of Memory Orchestra.
