Boston's Parents' Choice Award-winning band, Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys, returns to the Coolidge Corner Theatre for their highly anticipated, annual fall family show, which is known to be a lively neighborhood party!Their original songs and audience-participatory approach to their shows, mixed with infectious folk-pop-world sounds and Vanessa's warmth and humor on stage are a recipe for a perfect musical morning out with the family.
This show will sparkle with a celebration of fall and all its colors, as well as highlight the spirit of giving and community.
Plus this year, the Jumping Monkeys will be joined by special guest Shelley Otis on vocals and the harp!
Over 16 years ago, Vanessa had her first sold-out show at the Coolidge with kids and families spilling into the aisles, singing, dancing, jumping, tickling, laughing and imagining.
The musical fun has been happening ever since until Covid forced a three-year hiatus.
