The program begins with a gentle and sweet tempo of Santon’s music and voice, then moves into lush melodies and irresistible rhythms of the Boston Tango Orchestra (BTO.) The BTO, comprised of a talented violinist, pianist, double bass player, and bandoneon player, shift from pure intimate lines to vigorous passages delivering uplifting tango music.
The program features world-renowned Argentinian Tango Dancers Analia Carreño and Luis Ramirez performing to the sound of the BTO, showcasing an exquisite and perfect blend of high technique, musicality, and authentic feeling of the intrinsic roots of Argentine Tango.
