The YRCAA will sing a concert of Slavic and East European music at the Arlington Street Church (351 Boylston St) at 2pm on Sunday, April 30th.

The chorus will sing under the direction of Dan Godfrey, chair of the Music Department at Northeastern University, and Steven Lipsitt, who is the director of Heritage Chorale and founder of the Bach, Beethoven, & Brahms Society as well as conductor of The Apollo Club (Boston’s oldest men’s chorus).

Also on the podium will be Alex Kuzma, Chief Development Officer for the Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation in the US and the conductor of the Hartford-based Ukrainian chorus Yevshan.

Enjoy a masterful performance of Ukrainian folk songs, ancient religious chants, and rousing ballads.

Admission is $20 (students with ID $10) and tickets can be purchased at the door.
