You could say we play both kinds of music, Country and Western.
The Bucks were born when a few vets of Boston’s roots community got to powwow with some cowboys new to town, all of us steeped in the music of the great American Southwest, from Bob Wills, Merle Travis, and vintage honky-tonk, to contemporaries like Doug Sahm, Asleep at the Wheel, and The Hot Club of Cowtown.
With four vocalists and six instruments—including fiddle, accordion and pedal steel—the Bucks deliver just the right mix of tight harmonies, driving rhythms, and great repertoire to deliver you to the dance floor, smiling.

CLIFF WESTFALL is a New York-based songwriter whose literate spin on classic country themes has been compared to Dwight Yoakam, Rodney Crowell, and Robbie Fulks.
His 2018 album Baby You Win garnered airplay on SiriusXM's Outlaw Country station, DittyTV, and many other outlets, including an 'Album of the Month' feature in the UK's Country Music People magazine.
An 8th generation Kentucky native, Westfall combines a deep knowledge of country music history with a rock and roll sensibility to create what he calls 'electrified honky tonk.' His touring band consists of musicians with many high level credits, including Bruce Springsteen, Ronnie Spector, Karen O, Danger Mouse, Dispatch, the Klezmatics, and many others.
