WGBH program host, and long-time voice of WCRB's ‘Kids Classical Hour’, Ray Brown and BMS harp faculty, Barbara Poeschl-Edrich will present an entertaining and educational concert focusing on nature and birds. Combining music, poetry, and a few startling statistics, they will reflect on the magic of birds, the peace of the wild, and the importance of
conservation. The performance will feature the music of Bach, Britten and Flothuis, plus premieres by local composers, Christopher Staknys and Martin Amlin.

Bring the kids! Family concerts are a great way for children and parents to interact with live musicians in a relaxed, kid-friendly environment.

Tickets are $5. All proceeds go directly to the Brookline Music School Scholarship Fund. To purchase tickets, contact Frank Pesci at (617) 277-4593 x 233
