On June 21 on Boston Common, Boston Landmarks Orchestra gives the premier performance of a new work by composer Daniel Pinkham based on Make Way for Ducklings, the beloved children’s book by Robert McCloskey. This marks the first time the story has been set to music.
The concert takes place at 4pm and 5:30pm across the street from Nancy Schon’s bronze sculpture of Mrs. Mallard and her eight ducklings, in the Public Garden.
