Native Americans and Maple Syrup: March 12
You will discover that the Native Americans created maple syrup even before the early settlers when you listen to the story Manabozho and the Maple Trees. We will visit the maple grove and learn about sugar maple trees, and how their sap is collected and boiled down into syrup. Our adventure ends with a taste of the sweet maple syrup.
