Tuesday Dec. 28th- Predator Party: Predators such as the eastern coyote can't go to the market for groceries, so how do they get their food? We'll spend some time indoors learning abou the different predators in Massachusetts, including how they hunt and how they stay warm to survive the cold winter months.

Wednesday Dec. 29th-Winter Shelters: What is happening underneath the layer of snow that covers the ground in winter? Find out about mice, voles, and shrews that may be busy and cozy right beneath your feet. Thursday Dec, 30th-Feathered Friends: Join us during this peaceful season as we venture along the sanctuary trails in search of birds that overwinter in our area.

From Boston and the south: Take Rt I-95 north to exit 50 and follow Rt 1 north. At the junction of Rt 1 and Rt 97, turn right onto Rt 97 south (toward Beverly and Danvers). Follow Rt 97 south and take the third left onto Perkins Row. Follow Perkins Row for 1 mile, and the sanctuary is on the right.

From the north: Take Rt I-95 south to exit 53A and follow Rt 97 south. At the junction of Rt 1 and Rt 97 in Topsfield, stay on Rt 97 south and take the third left onto Perkins Row. Follow Perkins Row for 1 mile, and the sanctuary is on the right.
