The Nature Conservancy will be holding Picnic for the Planet at the Boston Common Frog Pond, in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest global picnic. Everyone is invited to Picnic for the Planet from 12:00 – 3:00pm.
The Frog Pond will also be hosting the D2E Green Spot. The D2E Green Spot is a place for earth-friendly vendors to promote environmental consciousness and living a more sustainable lifestyle.
The Frog Pond will be holding family-friendly recycling demonstrations, information of composting, and arts & crafts using recycled materials for children.
