“The more high-tech we become, the more nature we need.” This is the premise of Richard Louv’s writing and life work, and the overarching message he’ll deliver in his talk on April 3 at 7:00 p.m at Inly School in Scituate.

Louv, the best-selling author who coined the term “nature deficit disorder,” will discuss the value of hands-on, experiential education and the critical need for children — and adults — to reconnect with nature.

Tickets are $10 and available online at www.inlyschool.org.

Inly School, a preK–8 Montessori school, is located at 46 Watch Hill Drive off Rte.
