This free event offers harvest-themed arts and crafts, science experiments and learning activities for kids of all ages.
For ages 7 and up, test your skills at tree identification, dissect native and invasive fruits and compare, and make a take-home plant rubbing.
For ages 2 to 6, we'll have storytelling, crafts, and guided games about trees and seeds, both indoors and out.
There will be presentations at 11am and 1pm, and storytimes at 12pm and 2pm.
Come celebrate the harvest with us!
This program is open to all ages and should take about one hour.
Preregistration is not required.
Children must be accompanied by adults.
This is a rain-or-shine event.
Baked goods will be available for sale.

From Rt. I-95: Take exit 57 (Rt. 113, W Newbury/Newburyport). At the end of the exit ramp take Rt. 113 east. Follow Rt.113 and Rt. 1A for 3.8 miles through Newburyport to Rolfe's Lane in Newbury. At the traffic light at Rolfe’s Lane, take a left (heading north). Drive 0.6 miles to the end of Rolfe’s Lane and take a right. The sanctuary is 0.1 miles ahead on the left.
