Learn about “forest farming” and how their shiitake mushrooms, sold at the farmer’s market and at their stand for twenty years, are grown on natural hardwood logs.
Indulge in your 'I could do this!' fantasy while learning how to prepare seasonal goodies, sourced (by you!) from right where you stand, with our local chef.
