The Amoskeag Fishways presents a family program about amazing amphibians. Discover which frogs and salamanders like to hide out in the forest. We’ll learn all about where and how these land-dwellers survive and where they find secret pools to lay eggs.

Advance registration with payment required. Cost: $5 per family.

Directions to The Fishways

The Amoskeag Fishways Learning and Visitors Center is located on Exit 6, off of Interstate 293 in Manchester, NH.

From the South
1. Take 93N, Route 3N or the Everett Turnpike North to 293N.
2. Take exit 6 off 293 and bear right going towards Amoskeag Bridge.
3. Turn right at the first light onto Fletcher Street.
4. Parking is available on the left.
5. Follow the fish prints through the metal gate, past Amoskeag Hydro and down to the Fishways.



From the North
1. Take 93S to 293S.
2. Take exit 6 off 293 and bear right going towards Amoskeag Bridge.
3. Turn right at the first light onto Fletcher Street.
4. Parking is available on the left.
5. Follow the fish prints through the metal gate, past Amoskeag Hydro and down to the Fishways.



From the East
1. Take 101W to 93N to 293S.
2. Take exit 6 off 293 and bear right going towards Amoskeag Bridge.

From the West
1. Take 101E to 293N.
