Planet Protectors (Ages 3-8)
Tuesday, April 20, 2021, 1:30-2:30 PM M: $6 CHILD, $0 ADULT; NM: $9 CHILD, $16 ADULT Instructor: Marissa Gallant Join us for a special Earth Day celebration.
Get some simple tips and tricks for doing your part to help mother earth, learn about the three R’s, read along with us to Dr. Seuss’s ‘The Lorax’ and join us for a short springtime garden walk.
Each child will create a simple upcycled craft to get in the Earth Day spirit.
PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS IS GEARED TOWARD CHILDREN WITH THEIR ADULT COMPANIONS.
Participants will be reminded to practice social distancing during the program and each family unit will receive a set of sanitized supplies to either borrow or take home to aid in their exploration.
Materials will not be shared between participants.
Group size will not exceed current state restrictions of 25 including an instructor.
This class is held entirely outdoors.
In case of high winds, rain, or cold temperatures, class will be held indoors in our large classroom space.
Participants should dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
In case of inclement weather, a rain date will be communicated.
Admission is included.
Guests are welcome to arrive before the scheduled program time and enjoy the gardens and grounds. Single class scheduled on 4/20/2021 at 1:30PM
