If you have ever been curious about this fun wintertime activity now is your chance to learn. MassWildlife’s Angler Education Program will host this two-hour ice fishing clinic at US Fish and Wildlife Service's Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge.
Located at 680 Hudson Road in Sudbury.
You will learn what safe ice is on Puffer Pond and how to test for it, as well as all the necessary gear and tips to get you started.
Please join us so you can be confident “walking on water”.
This event is for people of all ages that want to learn to ice fish.
*Note: this event will be cancelled if there is less than 6 inches of safe ice and or inclement weather.
