This mindful outdoor program will incorporate elements of mindful breathing, nature connection, tree identification, animal tracking, and meditation skills culminating in a time for sharing and reflection.
Leave inspired with skills to access the healing benefits of nature for the whole family!
Please dress warmly in non-cotton layers for outdoor hiking in early Spring weather.
Trails may be icy or muddy.
Wear sturdy boots.
Traction devices and hiking poles may be advisable.
Bring water and a snack.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Program duration 2 hours.
This program is FREE and open to all ages.
All levels are welcome.
No previous experience is necessary.

MEET YOUR GUIDE: Sandy Wilson is a certified Kripalu Mindfulness Outdoor Guide, certified Life Coach and Therapeutic Touch Practitioner.
She has been guiding monthly mindfulness outdoor experiences at Dyken Pond Educational Center and with Rensselaer Plateau Alliance for several years.
Along with walks at Mount Greylock State Reservation and Grafton State Park, Sandy is also available to provide guiding services with private groups.
