Fifteen units of the Aleppo Shriners will participate in a parade at Patriot Place on Friday, June 18, in advance of the Shriners’ All-Star Football Classic to benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children. The parade, which begins at 6 p.m., is geared towards children of all ages and is free and open to the public.

The following Aleppo Shriners units will participate in the parade: Arab Patrol, Director Staff, Ragtops, Minutemen, Cycles, Temple Guard, Aides, Fire Brigade, Medical Corps, Past Potentates, Mini Haulers, Uniformed Units Staff, Divan, Legion of Honor and Clowns.

The parade will start in Gillette Stadium’s West Club parking lot (near the Marriott Renaissance Hotel & Spa), travel through Patriot Place’s North Retail Center along the road parallel to Route 1, in front of Showcase Cinema de Lux and Showcase Live, and finish at Patriot Place Plaza, adjacent to Gillette Stadium.

The annual Shriners All-Star Football Classic, which begins at 7 p.m., will include ninety-nine high school graduating players from Eastern Massachusetts. General admission tickets are $15 and will be available at the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office on game day. Parking is free for the event.

About the Aleppo Shriners
Shriners, or Shrine Masons, belong to the Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine for North America (A.A.O.N.M.S.). The Shrine is an international Fraternity of approximately 500,000 members who belong to Shrine Centers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Republic of Panama. Founded in New York City in 1872, the organization is composed solely of Master Masons.
