I am a child development researcher in the psychology department at Harvard University. (I also have 5- and 7-year-old kids of my own.) I have recently been studying what children understand about the emotions that are connected to behaviors like pushing, hitting, and stealing. I am also interested in how parents respond to these types of behaviors in children. I am currently conducting an online study of this issue, and I would be grateful for your participation.
If you are interested in participating, please use this link: http://harvard.psr.keysurvey.com/survey/276769/17b2/
Participation is completely voluntary. By taking part in this research, you will be entered in a drawing for one of four $50 Target gift cards. Your participation will also help us learn more about how parents handle challenging situations.
