Ricciuti will lead the group through a shared cooking session of a meal or two, discuss a few basics of meatless meals and send participants home with a shopping list and recipe for each meal prepared. Participants will also have time to connect, say hello to old friends and meet new like-minded moms and caregivers.
Because this is a workshop meeting, RSVPs are required and there is a $10 materials fee prepaid. The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at First Church, Unitarian, 316 Essex St.
