Often there's a delicate line, well maybe more like battle lines, between feeding your kids healthy foods and just getting them to eat anything at all. But never fear--it is possible to make healthy meals (one per night that is) the whole family will eat while at the same time helping your kids open up to and enjoy a variety of foods. Come learn how to change your meal routine for the better and maybe find out your picky eater isn't doing as badly as you think. Guest Speaker: Heidi McIndoo, MS RD LDN, Nutrition Writer, Food & Nutrition Expert, and Spokesperson.

Presented by MetroWest Boston Mothers & More, a mothers group and support network with about 200 members from Framingham, Natick and surrounding areas. We welcome both working and stay-at-home moms, with children of ALL ages, and offer a wide range of activities including mom’s nights out, children's activities, a book group, playgroups, and much more. Please join us!
