Barbara J Rich, M.Ed. is the former director of special education for the Tyngsboro Public Schools. She has a teaching certification in special education, a certification in special education administration and is currently a special education consultant/advocate.

Barbara is also offering individual consultations on your current IEP or 504 plan, will advise you of your rights under Massachusetts special education law, and make suggestions as to the next steps for you and your child.
